Disaster relief for immigrants

You may be eligible for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Disaster Relief Assistance for Immigrants, a one-time disaster relief assistance program for undocumented adults who are ineligible for other forms of relief. Qualifying adults can receive $500 in assistance, with a maximum of $1000 per household.

To be eligible for disaster relief assistance, an individual must be able to provide information that they:

  1. are an undocumented adult (person over the age of 18);
  2. are not eligible for federal COVID-19 related assistance, like CARES Act tax stimulus payments or pandemic unemployment benefits; and
  3. have experienced a financial hardship as a result of COVID-19.

Applications for funding open Monday, May 18, 2020. Applicants will be considered on a first come, first served basis. Applications will not be accepted prior to Monday, May 18. Information on applicants will not be shared with the Federal Government.
